Suban'Allah means Glory to God -- this phrase is often used when praising God or exclaiming awe at His attributes, bounties, or creation. It can also be used as a phrase of exclamation (ie. "Wow!").
Subhan'Allāh (Arabic سبحان الله) is an Arabic phrase often translated as "Glorious is God."
SubhanAllah is "Glory be to Allah".

Subhan'Allah, it's amazing how the Northern Lights appear on the horizon!

Masha'Allah means As God has willed -- this phrase is used when admiring or praising something or someone, in recognition that all good things come from God and are blessings from Him.
Mā šāʾ Allāh (ما شاء الله) is an Arabic phrase that expresses appreciation, joy, praise or thankfulness for an event or person that was just mentioned.

Examples:
    Person A: I have just become a father!
    Person B: Masha'Allah!

    Person A: Your house is beautiful masha'Allah!
    Person B: Thank you!

Insha'Allah means God willing -- this phrase is used when discussing events which are planned for the future, in recognition that they will only happen by God's will.
